FAQ
Each garbage route usually has different pickup times for various services. For instance, your trash might be collected early in the morning, while yard waste and compost are picked up later in the afternoon, around 3 PM.
Because of these varying schedules, we understand that your bins will likely be empty and ready for a thorough cleaning and sanitizing service the following day. This way, you can enjoy consistently clean and fresh bins without any hassle!
We appreciate you adding any extra bins to your plan to make sure everything you want cleaned gets taken care of!
• Log into your account:when you log onto your can washers account, click on the sidebar on the “Subscription details” tab to see when your next cleaning is.
• Text alerts:We try to make it easier on you by sending text messages the night before your cleaning, as well as the morning of your cleaning when our driver is on their way. When signing up make sure to select that you want to receive SMS text messages for this feature to work.
